We decided to spend this Christmas very low-key. Enjoying eachothers company, having a big breakfast, going to a movie (Rocky Balboa- oh boy!), and then settling in to watch the Dolphins game. Christmas day was so nice and relaxing, and I'm guessing we will not have another Christmas like this for awhile-- but that is O.K.!
Eric, being the baker that he is, surprised me with another good lookin cake on my birthday. Don't be fooled though, this cake was not sinful in the least bit. Made in true Eric style it had egg whites and splenda... yum ;-)
You know you're getting old when the flames from each candle merge into one little bonfire! And there were only 10 candles because 27 was setting off alarms!
