We kicked off summer with a day on the lake. What an awesome day!
There was a rain storm... but we braved the waters anyway... Eric is so hard core!
Eric wasn't catching any fish. Macie's Dora fishing pole has a pink fish attached... she kept bragging about how she was catching more and more fish.
Finally, after 4.5 hours on the water, Eric's pole started to bend. The way he reeled that thing in... I was expecting a 12 inch bass or something. But it was this little guy! Isn't he cute? 5 minutes later Eric caught a catfish that was just a little bit bigger. Then on the drive home, he talked about how there is an "art" and "finesse" to fishing. Hehehe. So cute. Good job Eric!
